Our 9th wedding anniversary is coming up next week. Nine years! Wow, that went by fast… or incredibly slow, depending on the day. But today I got a little carried away reminiscing and started going through the old pictures and I came across my very favorite of Jon. It’s from our wedding day, and to this day, I still think it’s the hottest picture of him ever. When I looked at it today, my heart did a little flutter… which, y’know, doesn’t happen every day after nine years.
But yeah… my man is hot. (even with a crappy scan-job.)
As a side note: Jon told me this evening that the 9th anniversary is the “leather year”. So I have a week to come up with a sweet — yet classy — gift made from cow hide. Right now it’s between a bifold wallet and a pair of red leather pants… a la David Lee Roth. The wallet would be cheaper, and knowing Jon he might actually wear the pants in public.
Soooo… any gift ideas would be appreciated.

I thought your children looked JUST like you, but with this close up pic, I totally see both of you in them. I would love to see you post a picture of the two of you on your wedding day for your anniversay day next week

Whips are made from leather…hehe. But of course I have no idea where to get one.
